Home Health Aide
Home Health Aides are an in-demand occupation. Depending on where you live, they are also known as as direct care workers, direct service workers and direct support workers. Regardless, DSPs offer a wide range of supportive services on a day-to-day basis so that individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities can live and work in their communities.
DSP services include: habilitation, health needs, personal care and hygiene, employment, transportation, recreation, housekeeping and other home management-related supports and services.
